Consultations held in person or on a secure channel

The risks that matter most rarely fit a quarterly committee paper. Activist preparation, insider exfiltration, succession exposure and reputational ambush are surfaced by people, not dashboards — and they are best addressed before they become visible.

We sit privately with chairs, family offices and general counsel, supply a current read of the threat environment around the entity, and where appropriate run discreet enquiry to confirm or close a specific concern. Material is sealed, retained briefly, and delivered in person.

Briefings are scheduled outside the corporate calendar where required. We do not appear on vendor lists, do not publish case studies, and do not circulate findings beyond the named client.

Method

Evidence based

Delivery

Private and discreet

01

Strategic Threat Assessment

Current intelligence on the threat environment surrounding the entity, the chair and the family office.

02

Activist & Adversary Mapping

Identification of activist preparation, hostile actors and the coordination behind public pressure campaigns.

03

Insider Risk Review

Confidential assessment of insider exfiltration risk, succession exposure and key person liability.

04

Crisis Standby

A senior advisor held on retainer for confidential consultation when the situation moves quickly.

When To Engage Us

Situations that warrant action.

Most engagements reach us late, after the perimeter has already been crossed. The right moment is earlier — when the concern is plausible, the exposure is named, and the next decision is still yours to take.

Case 01

Pre AGM Pressure

An activist position is forming and the board needs an honest read of intent, coordination and likely escalation path.

Case 02

Succession Window

A leadership transition is approaching and key person exposure must be quietly mapped before the public announcement.

Case 03

Reputational Ambush

Enquiries from journalists or NGOs suggest a coordinated narrative is being prepared against the entity or its client.

Engagement Process

From inquiry to delivery.

Cadence

A named senior advisor controls the engagement, updates are measured, and findings are delivered only to approved recipients.

01

Confidential Introduction

An introduction is made through trusted counsel, a fellow chair or an existing client.

02

First Sitting

A senior advisor meets the chair or client in person, under non disclosure, to scope the brief.

03

Discreet Enquiry

Where required, quiet enquiry confirms or closes the specific concern raised.

04

In Person Briefing

Findings are delivered in person to the client or named counsel, with no written trail unless requested.

Most of our value to a board chair is helping them ask a sharper question of their own organisation, and being in the room when it matters most.

In Confidence

The questions clients ask first.

Drawn from first meetings with chairs, family offices and senior counsel. If your question is not here, ask it in confidence.

Private intake · Senior review · Clear scope
01

How are you retained?

By introduction only — through trusted counsel, a fellow chair or an existing client. Engagement runs under a confidential master agreement with a named senior advisor.

02

What is the cadence of engagement?

Most relationships run as a standing retainer with quarterly briefings and on demand access. Single issue engagements are also available for specific concerns.

03

Will anything be written down?

Only at the client's request. The default is verbal delivery in person; written summaries are held on hardened infrastructure and destroyed on instruction.

04

Do you work alongside our existing advisors?

Yes. We frequently sit alongside general counsel, family office advisors and corporate communications, and we are content to brief inside that constellation under non disclosure.

Next Step

A confidential matter, privately discussed.

Speak directly with a senior advisor. Every inquiry is held in confidence from the first word.
